Looking for an interesting family event this weekend?  Well, it might not be geared towards the kids, but Hell City Tattoo Festival offers a Heck City experience for the kids as well.  This festival is put on by world class artists from around the world.  The convention isn’t for tattoo artist only, but for ink enthusiasts, the curious, and art appreciators alike.  There will be live painting, art exhibits with works for sale, tattoo seminars, competitions, live music, and more.

Tattoo popularity has risen rapidly over the past few years, especially with Generation Y and the Baby Boomers who are the fastest growing group on Facebook.  This is a great opportunity for the curious to ask artists the tough questions and maybe find a local artist you really like so that you can be tattooed there, or later.  Be careful though.  They’re a lot like potato chips…  You can’t have just one.
